Maryke Steenkamp
Maryke Steenkamp is the co-founder and CEO of Evergrowth Consulting. She is a registered Chartered Accountant with accounting and auditing experience.
She has 10 years of experience in the field and has worked with clients from a variety of industries. She has always had a passion for doing her work with the highest standard of ethics and for this reason decided to start her own business in 2021 which has since seen tremendous growth.
Maryke strives to achieve optimal health in all aspects of life: relationships, work, fitness, mental health and thereby leaving a legacy that cannot be erased.

Johan Werth
Johan Werth is the co-founder of Evergrowth Consulting. He is a registered Chartered Accountant and a registered Financial Planner. Johan has more than 15 years’ experience in accounting and auditing, and more than 10 years in advising clients on their respective retirement and investment portfolios, insurance needs, and estate and succession planning.
He is also currently serving as a non- executive director on several start-up companies and SME’s, doing business in the mining-, investment-, insurance-, and property industries.
Johan is passionate about the impact and change he makes in the financial health and wealth of individuals and businesses. He adds value to companies and individual clients by giving them bespoke financial planning and management solutions, to ultimately transform the life’s of individuals, families, communities and societies.
